Two or Three more months til i can submit for approval!

So I ended up having to do 6 mo of supervised diet visits and couldn't do the nurtirionist weekly visits due to work so my PCM is just going to see me.

May will be a busy month for me!  I see the Cardiologist, my PCM, and the Pulmonologist!!!  Then i just need my June and July PCM visits, see the Nut and Psych Eval hopefully in June or July and be appoved by Aug or Sept for the Surgery!  I'm getting really excited now!  Hopefully these next few months will fly on by!
