Ughhh hate hate hate military hospitals sometimes!

Sorry completely venting here!  I requested my last two years worth of labs and records at the base hospital THREE weeks ago.  I check every week and they tell me they are working on it right??  Well yesterday after my stress test i went down to medical records to fill out the paper for them to ADD the stress test and rest of my labs in and you know what???? THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED PUTTING MY RECORDS TOGETHER YET! UUGGGHHHHH i was sooo ticked.  So not only is the surgeons office calling me asking for the records, they want to put me on the back burner UNTIL i get all the required info to them.  OHHHHH and on top of that, my PCM still hasn't finished my medical neccessity letter she promised me at last months appt!  I swear when i go in on the 3rd for my next appt i'm not leaving that hospital without ALL that info in hand.  I do not want my surgery to keep being pushed back.  Had the surgeons office had all my info by this week she was going to sent it in for approval early so that i might be able to schedule in late july or early aug...the way things are looking now i'll be lucky if i can even get it done in Sept or Oct at the earliest!  BLAH
