Very Long time

Well it's been a very long time since I did a blog.   I am now 5 years out from Surgury gained soom weight back.  I fear I will never be down in the 170's or 160's again.  But I am so much better off.   I am still around 100lbs less then when I had my surgury.  Also my life is so different.  I am engaged and getting married in a couple of months.  

I thank god every day I made the choice to have the surgary.    I may never be a 5 or 6 in clothes.  But I am happier and healther then I have ever been.
