Tongue Lashin'

I got a tongue lashin from the nurse at the doctor's office, I am on Phase 4 of Gastric Banding, and have not been eating only 3 meals.  I have been kinda healthily "grazing".  So I have skimmed the book again and hopefully am back on track.  I have lost 30 pounds so far, 4months out, but still have about 60-70 to go.  I am loving the exercise part of this, doing about 1 hr a day, and doing great with my fluids.  Does anyone have any breakfast suggestions?
