I feel like I have been ran over by a Mack Truck!!!!! MY guts are so full of air its unreal....I am using gas x strips and walking as much as I can tolerate it I just wish this would go away!!!! My whole stomache is pretty much one big bruise with 6 small cuts and one that is about 3inches long...the incisions dont hurt at all infact they are already starting to heal I think thats why they are itching anyhow....I was about to get in about 34 protein today and it really wasnt all that bad......I took a shower and wow that felt soo good.....Im just prayering that the pain keeps easier  Thanks so much for reading
