Creeping Depression
Dec 03, 2010
So, I've been quarantined inside my house since Thanksgiving, pretty much only leaving to go to the doctor and the pharmacy because of the flu. My husband and kid have it too. This stir-craziness has breathed new life into my usually pretty dormant depression. So, my thought now is, my surgery is only 34 days away, and I'm going to be right here again, pretty much confined to my house, and how in the world am I going to keep it from consuming me? I have a tendency to get depressed when my routine gets changed up, and I get way too much time to myself. How can this possibly work? I'm so nervous now :(
