hey family....i have been gone for quite a while....well it will be 2 years on new years eve since i have had the surgery and i must say that time has flown by. This year lane my beautiful mother has passed away and i have had a baby ( both events happening on the same day)...life has pitched me quite a few curve balls this year and although its been rough....i have been trying to maintain. my weight has stayed pretty steady but i have about 70 more pounds i would like to lose. i plan on getting a trainer the beginning of the year and giving up quite a few of my first loves ...aka...soda and slurpees! lol.....i will be gong back to work soon so i don't think i have done too bad considering i have been at home for six months . have a merry christmas and a happy new year and hopefully i can jumpstart this weight loss. love you lots...kisses..
