Starting My Liver Shrinking Diet

Well tomorrow I begin my liver shrinking diet. I was at the hospital all day today doing my preop bloodwork and a workshop to go over what to expect with the procedure and after and recapping the diet to follow once I get home. I'm feeling a little more anxious now since I am so close to the procedure date. I'm scheduled to have gastric bypass on July 10th.
