think I over did it..

was feeeling like a million bucks this morning, up and at it. abdominal pain was minimal.  Then about 3pm it hit me like a ton of bricks.. abdominal pain back and incisions extra tender this evening. Also having a ton of gas when I drink this afternoon. It is almost 9:30 pm and I am working on my last 8 oz of water for the day :(
