Pre Op Diet

I started my pre-op Medifast diet on Thursday 1/3, 3lbs down.  Its not easy but am looking at the end goal.  I have to go on a business trip and have already packed my meals for my time away.  I am thankful for supportive family and friends.   Time to buck up and get it done.
