NEW YEAR , NEW ME

 Well, this whole band thing is finally working. I am down about 60lbs from my highest weight. I am feeling more an more like myself. I am now 172 but still need to lose 25 lbs.

I can finally say that the band was worth it. I keep wondering where would I be without it? Would I be 300 plus or could I have done it on my own like the many other times. I will never know so for now,  I am accepting where I am in this journey. Knowing I may not be where I want to be but I am surely not where I used to be either.

For anyone else struggling in this area. Stick with it  , pray and dont give up.

THere is hope
