Endoscopy Results

Today I am taking the 2 1/2 hour drive to see the doctor for my results from the endoscopy.  A little nervous, but glad to get it over with so I can move to the next step. 
I have really been thinking about getting the sleeve instead of the band and I was pretty sure I had made my mind up to do that and then I found out my insurance doesn't cover the sleeve....argh!!!  I will have to put my faith in the band and hope I don't have problems with it. 

Update:  Results looked good.  I have some inflammation probably caused from acid reflux, but nothing too concerning.  I verified with the insurance lady about Tricare's coverage for the sleeve and was told they only cover gastric bypass and the band :- (  Now I have to decide whether to go ahead with the band as originally planned or consider the RNY.  I don't like the idea of having my plumbing rerouted, but after reading so many people on here claim how the lapband failed and caused so many complications, I am confused. 
My next step is waiting for my surgery to be approved and then Dr. Oh's office will call with my surgery date and information on the preop tests.  Until then I will keep chugging along on the mandatory 10% weight loss (that isn't going so well).
