OUCH!!

I had the gastric sleeve surgery on August 16th and I've done very well with following all the rules.  The other night I was very lax and had 1/2 quesadilla and then some asparagus.  OHMIGOSH!!  Did I ever pay for that.  My stomach hurt so bad the next day.  I was in tears.  Chalking this one down to lesson learned.  On the upside I did lose 2 more lbs.  LOL
