Hello,
I am new to this site, I am new to blogging. I am new to Bariatric surgery. Today was my first appointment with the surgeon. We tried to figure out together what road to go down. He suggest gastric bypass. My original decision was to try for lap band but I think we decided on the sleeve. The next steps are in process. I have up coming appointments made with the nutritionist, and the pulmonologist  in November. and the Psychologist,physical therapist and gastroligist in January. If everything goes as planned surgery will be April. Now it's just a matter of will power and self control, and Lot's of support. My journey starts today. I hope to make some connections and build  a support system through this site. Good luck to everyone on their journey. We will see our Goals met very soon!
