5 months out

Tomorrow will be September 26, 2010.  I had my surgery April 26, 2010.  5 months out and I am feeling good.  I have lost 78 lbs. and have gone from a size 26 to a size 20 right now.  I am still finding new foods I can eat and new foods I cannot eat.  I am still drinking lots of water and really watching my sugar.  I can do very small amounts of sugar, but I try to stay away from it as much as possible.  I found the first food that has given me gas.  And believe it or not, its grapes.  I love them.  But they make me feel very bloated and gassy.  I've been working out at the gym 3 days a week.  I am not a morning person, but I get up at 4:30 every Mon, Wed, and Friday and get to the gym by 5 or 5:15.  I'm tired, but it makes my whole day better.  I think that is why my weight seems to be coming off more consistantly...Go Figure!!!
My hair is falling out, but I've been told its due to lack of protein.  I am trying to get in more protein. I like the Pure Protein bars.  They have 20 grams of protein, and only 2 grams of sugar.  YAY!
