I took a break when I wasn't scheduled too...opted to hang with the husband and watch a movie.So Saturday January 7 was Cardio
So I went back to the 1 mile of treadmill and 1 mile of rowing same formula as before. Not to mention my husband started doing 100 push ups and 100 situps so he suggested I do 20 sit ups and 20 push ups everyday...so we will see how long I last!
