Day 21 update

Bwah haha hah ha! Haven't made it to the gym once this week! Too damn tired in the am to get my lazy butt going. Maybe next week, or the week after lol! Working mornings has sucked the energy right out of me. I need an afternoon nap still! And next week, I'm back to work full days, so I'm thinking the gym will have to wait until I get at least one week of regular work time in, what a goof!

Going for a bike ride (short) later today, first time since surgery and I'm really looking forward to that. Small steps, right??? lol

I did try a boiled egg for breakfast. About 1/2 is about all I can tolerate. And I had 10 g of whole wheat toast. So far so good. Now I'll leave them alone for a bit (not supposed to start soft diet until day 28, but I just wanted to try a couple of things on the menu ahead of time, just to see). I'm getting pretty sick of cream of (fill in the blank) soup.

I've already got clothes in my closet that are too big. At first I thought I'd just put them to the back of the closet (like all the other times I've lost weight but kept the 'fat' clothes knowing in all likelihood I'd gain the weight back and need them) then I thought about taking them in, and then thought "Forget that" - they can go to Goodwill as I 'shrink' out of them! I'm lov-lov-lov-ing this 'honeymoon' phase!
