Surgery was Successful

My surgery was May 14 and it was successful. Today is the first time I have felt like getting online; I need something to distract me from the pain. Yes, I know that is what pain medication is for, but it makes me sleepy. Since I have been home from the hospital, I have been walking laps on the driveway, but yesterday I was able to drive myself to the track and walk 21 minutes. Today I walked around Kmart getting some supplies and will walk later this evening at the track as well.The thing I am having difficulties with is drinking at least 1 liter of water. I am so afraid I will get too full and stretch my pouch. I want to utilize this tool in the proper way and have a successful outcome.
My weight today is 363.6. I have lost 13.4 lbs since surgery.
