Well I lost 2 lbs in 24 hrs to bring be to 299lbs today. I can't remember when I weighed under 300. I am so happy!!!!! I feel almost obligated to give the credit to Dr. VerSteeg, but it was me that went to him. I saved my own life. His skills allowed me to get here. Big day!!!!

Today is a big day for Paul. I weighed this morning and have lost a total of 80lbs. Tomorrow is my 3 month anniversary. The Dr office said that I am ahead of the curve on my weight loss. Another 2 lbs and I will be in the 200's again.

I really have to keep up with this better. I haven't posted in over a week.
I went in to the Dr office on Monday for my weekly weigh in and they were closed. New Years Eve. I was kinda upset about is as I like seeing the results of my expense, but I guess if I can wait till next Monday than it will be an even bigger suprise.
