I am in Onederland. WOW. I don't know what to say, other than thank you!
Thank you Dr. Almanza. Thank you OH. Thank you Emily Rose.
Especially I thank the Lord for all the blessings in my life.

I am just days away from Onederland, and I don't know where it all has gone (the time or the weight). I used to think on how exciting it would be, and I AM so very glad, but it isn't all that I imagined it to be. I think weight isn't really THE all consuming issue in my life, that it used to be. I LIVE now, and am so busy with life, that I don't dwell on my weight any more. It is wonderful and good, but strange- after so many years of focusing on my weight; now to have it take care of itself. It is so very freeing. I do make a point to eat protein whenever I eat something, but that is it. I take my vitamin most days, and most mornings I weigh; and get to OH and log in when another pound is gone. But that is it, nothing else. This is so easy, I don't have to work at it, no struggling to keep from eating, nothing at all. It is finally over. If anyone has any doubts about this surgery, dont!  Just do it. It is sooo good on the other side.     Being a loser is a good thing.
