4 days until surgery, day 3 on pre-op diet

I have 4 days until surgery, and I am a little nervous.  I have read everything about the surgery so I feel prepared but still nervous...it will change my life.   I keep wondering if I can be successful...all of the other times I have lost weight, I always gained it back, and more.  As far as the pre-op diet, I am only on day 3 and I wonder can I really continue to only eat SF pudding, SF jello, skim milk and protein shakes for the next 3.5 weeks (7d pre-op & 21 d post-op)....
