This was my last attempt at leading a healthy and active life. I had labpand surgery 1 year and 2 months ago. My second adjustment was the one that worked which I had done in August 2009. Last time I checked I had down 56 pounds. Although I am very happy with the success I am scared that like all other times I will start eating the way I use to. I hate this fear in me. I want to succeed, I hope I can do it this time, and make this my way of life. I go to the see Dr. Bertha tomorrow, I will come back and note my actual lost till this date.
