ugggh 2 wk post op

well its been 2 weeks since i had surgery and have only lost 23 lbs total i had surgey on march 29, 11, im not sure if i was expectin to lose maybe like 20 lbs a wk because of other people who have had the surgery, im just a lil fruststraed because 1 im still hungry or alteast i think i am and that im workin out wit the wii fit and no progress as of this wk , im hopin maybe next wk my body will get it together and maybe start losing again , do i have the wrong expectations for myself what is the normal does anybody know ?????????
