VSG Newbie

Hi, my name is Chris, and I had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy (VSG) on April 17, 2017.  With my diabetes out-of-control, & at the suggestion of three doctors, I became serious about fixing my diabetes once and for all.  This was much easier than I had imagined it to be. Most of my pain has been gas pains and I  have not had to take any pain meds except at night twice. My biggest concern is how to coordinate or schedule the water, protein, meds, vitamins, and supplements throughout the day. I would love to win the Orgain Protein giveaway which will be integral in my success along my bariatric journey.
