Cindy - I am a Michigan resident too! My surgery date will be scheduled by next week. I'm having mine done in Addison too by Dr. Bistolairdes. I hope that everything goes smoothly for you and you are back on your feet in no time ! Best of luck and prayers are with you !!! Diane
