I know what you mean about that awful stuff and don't know what to tell you...it's horrible. It will be over before you know it and you will become a healthy and beautiful butterfly. Welcome to the other side. I am 6 weeks out myself and I feel wonderful. Each day will be better than the day before and a whole new world is going to open for you. Good luck and God Bless.

Enid, My doctor told me to take two Ducalax Suppositories at around 10 p.m. It did the job really well. Good luck!
