Rhonda, Congratulations on your surgery tomorrow. I had mine on Wednesday it is tough at first but the more you walk to better you are on the soreness. good luck..

Hi Rhonda, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories), because everything about my surgery was fine. I think the week before surgery was harder than the week after (for me anyway). Keep it positive; that means only keeping positive people around you. Be proud of your decision and I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. All the best,
