Hi there, CONGRATULATIONS on losing such great amount of wt. You go girl!! WOW! You have given me more fuel to continue doing what I need to do. I have already loss 106lbs and have much more to go. Monica---thanks for your answer about how to deal with Christmas foods so soon after surgery. Food has always been the center of the family get-together at Christmas! Since I'll only be 2 weeks post-op at Christmas, we may have a quiet holiday here at home with the kids instead of the huge gathering. Please post an update about yourself---how much have you lost, etc.? God bless!About Me
