Tina had her surgery at 11:00 11/13/00. The surgery lasted about 2 1/2 hours and everything went as expected. The doctor found adhesions on her gallbadder, thus probably the cause for some severe abdominal pain she has had over the past couple of years. He did go ahead and remove it, he was not dead set on it until he found the adhesions. Today 11/14/00 Tina was able to walk around the 3rd floor wing of the hospital, in pain, but semi-under control. I am extremely proud of her and the guts she has shown throughout this entire process. She normally looks at herself as a person with little motivation or followthrough, but she deserves a big cudos for this one, thus proving herself wrong.
Anyone and everyone that has helped or just listened to her, I really appreciate you. I owe a special thanks to Serena and Tami for the wonderful way they have be-friended my wife!! Thank you two ladies for all your support!
Good luck to all, I will report any further information until Tina is able to do it in person.
