I came across this obituary recently in my local paper. I recognized the name immediately from the ObesityHelp site, and I remebered reading her profile. I, of course do not know the circumstances of her death, but let us all be in prayer for her family and friends. ---Ofelia "Feli" Devaney, 37, formerly of Hereford, died Sunday, May 15, 2005, in Amarillo. Prayer services will be at 7 p.m. today in Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery in Hereford. Mrs. Devaney was born Sept. 20, 1967, in Hereford, the daughter of Manuel and Ofelia Estrada. She was a salesperson for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. in Amarillo for six years. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include two daughters, Jessica Devaney and Kashian Estrada, both of Amarillo; five brothers, Tito Estrada of Hereford, Lionel Estrada of Corpus Christi, and Robert Campos, Noe Estrada and Manuel Estrada, all of Austin; three sisters, Mary Perez of Hereford, and Hilda Armendariz and Janie Estrada, both of Austin; and a very special lifelong friend, Dawn Casarez of Amarillo.---
