Denise, you and I had surgery the same day (8-15) so, we are actually a few days short of 5 months. You should be on 1000-1100 calories a day by now. If you are not, you need to up them. Congrats on your weight loss you are doing WONDERFUL! Email me if you have any questions. (305/224/150).
