Merle, I hope you feel better soon! I had my surgery on 4/21, so I can relate to the pain/lousy feelings. Ugh! Have you tried any protein drinks yet? I just started drinking my Real Meals (tiny portions, half skim milk/half water - maybe an ounce at a time), and I'm already feeling MUCH more energetic. I was like the living dead yesterday! LOL They're yummy, too, in case you're looking for a decent tasting drink. (The one in the hospital was enough to make me want to slit my wrists! LOL) Anyway, take care, and e-mail me if you ever need to compare notes, etc. *hugs*

I talked with Merle's daughter last night. She said that Merle had made it through the surgery ok, however, she said Merle said she had never haqd this much pain in her life. Congratulations Merle, You are on your way

Tomorrow is Merele's big day. Please go to her surgery page and give her your well wishes. She has had surgery scheduled a couple times and it would end up cancelled, hopefully this time it will happen. Show her that you care. Thanks.

Once again, Merle has a surgery date. She has been disappointed a couple of times in the past with having her surgery cancelled for health reasons, but now it is on for the 22nd of April. Merle - best of luck to you. You will be in so many peoples prayers and thoughts that day. I had my surgery on 3/20 and feel great! Just remember to drink water, water, water and get your protein in right away.... it really helps with your recovery! Take care....
