Hi Martha, I also am from Spokane. I'm in the process of trying to get my insurance to approve my surgery. What a pain in the neck. I feel like this is my final chance. It seems I've tried everything ~ TWICE.. and I just keep getting fatter, and more isolated. Seeing another Spokanite is inspiring, if you can give me any pointers on convincing my insurance that this a a MUST DO thing, I'd appreciate the input. Good luck to you and your new journey. I'm so excited for what lies ahead for you.
