Has anyone heard from Judith Holtz lately? I had a chance to meet her when I was in Los Angeles this summer and she was just the sweetest coolest person you could ever meet.

I am curious as to where she has been and how she is doing as her surgery was filled with complications. I am worried about her and want to make sure she is doing well. If anyone hears from her please let her know I am concerned. Thank you.

Hi Judith, I know how you feel. I don't see the results until I stand in front of a mirror. I have to laugh some times cause of how often I take a peak. I sometimes feel just as heavy as in the beginning. that's sometimes. Im happy about my wt loss I have loss 137 lbs and have much more to go. like another 100 plus what ever. I want to reach 150 lbs by the time it's all over. All I can really say to you is to focus on one day at a time. handle that day then move to the next. Hang in there and take care.**Hugs**

Hi Judith, I read your post today about the carbs..what evil little demons they are. Stop being so hard on yourself honey and just step away from the carbs and up your protein. You can do it, you were strong enough to have this surgery and lose such a wonderful amount of weight. You can beat the carbs too. It's a terrible fight, I know, always in my life I would have rather had a big baked potato and bread than a steak. I know it is going to be a fight for me for the rest of my life, and I get so disgusted when I give into them, and when I do give into them all I want is more. I know you can get back on track. Just remember there are alot of people behind you 100%, who know just how you feel. Take care!

~*~I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.
