Hi Linda, congratulations on your surgery & weight loss. Except having the scope done sounds like you are doing pretty well. You asked about the protein drink. I wanted to share w/you what I was using because I havn't had any problems w/it. It is called GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein-it is a powder & I get the chocolate. I put a 1/2 of banana in 16oz. I drink it w/a straw over ice. The cold seems to do the trick for me. The GNC I went to actually made me a sample of the drink in the store. Happy Birthday Linda!!! Well...you made it....your day has arrived. Congratulations....but more importantly...Good Luck and Best Wishes for a speedy and uneventful recovery. My prayers will be with you!! I won't be far behind..July 12th is my BIG day. See you on the SKINNY side of life.....oooooohhhh...I can't even imagine....I long for the day someone says to me, "I think your too thin dear"....and my reply will be, "YEAH....AIN'T IT GREAT!"
