Hi Amosians, I just thought I'd make a quick post to say lets remember those who have passed on. My friend Kathy Hunt passed on two years ago on June 29th, 2002, due to a leak in her stomach after her laproscopic surgery. She was a wonderful, kind, and funny lady who I miss dearly. Her profile is still here on the peers site. Rest in peace dear Kathy. Love ya

Lord, I pray for Katherine's family. Even now, Lord, though some time has passed, we know that losing someone can be so difficult. I ask that you would continue to comfort them, and bless them. Thank you for those that Katherine was able to bless while she was here. To Katherine's family and friends - I'm so sorry for your loss.

I just would like our AMOSIAN posties to take a moment to remember Kathy Hunt who passed away a year ago on June 29th, 2002, due to development of a leak in her lap-rny. Kathy was addicted to the message board, and read it almost every morning, she used to tell me. She said she was addicted to it. We've all been there. She was a super neat lady, and is sorely missed. Please pray for comfort, and strength for her husband, children, and family.

I don't know if anyone reads Kath's post any longer, but if her family does, I just want to say, I'm so sorry, I still think of Kathy almost daily, and miss her so very much! Major sadness here...(her co-worker-Desiree) Miss you Kathy :o(

To friends and family of Katherine: My sincerest condolences go out to you at this time. Words can't express my sorrow for your loss. I will light a candle and pray that she is safe in the heavens. I too had my surgery at UCD by Dr. Wolfe, on 10/2/01.

I just can't express to you, Kathy's husband and family, how sorry I am for your loss. Though I never got to meet Kathy I did e-mail and talk to her before and after her surgery and release from UCD. I could tell what a sweet, loving person she was. So many of us have done so well after this surgery. I know that doesn't help you. I know she knew of the risks and made her informed decision--but you never really think it will be you or someone you know that dies from complications. My thoughts and prayers will be with you all. If there were anything I could do to help with your pain I would gladly do it. May your memory of her help you heal and eventually get past the pain of her loss!! Pam K
