I just talked to Tina. She is planning on going home after lunch. She has had some pain but seems to be doing better and improving faster than the doctor thought she would. It was so nice to talk to her. She sounds great and is eady for her new life.

I talked with Tina and her husband by phone a few minutes ago. Tina is in good spirits. She is in room 232 at Shelby County Medical Center. Her surgery went really well. She said that Dr. Stahl is very pleased, but he told her that she would be in the hospital through the weekend. She was a little frustrated by that and had planned to go home on Friday. Surgery took around 3 hours. She said that she is really sore, but other than that is very pleased at this point.

Tina, I wanted to let you know that I'll be thinking of you Tuesday. I had my LAP WLS Thursday and I am doing very well. I too have a problem with rolling veins. They had to use a butterfly twice and the second time they drew extra blood just in case the doc wanted some more testing. I will try to check on you. I'll be back at work next week so my mind may not be working very well. God bless you and yours next week. By the way, a friend of my cousin's used Dr. Stalh in November and she is doing great. Down 100 pounds.
