Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side. The trumpets are blaring, the cymbals are crashing and the drums are drumming – all for YOU! I hope that all went well for you! You’ve been out of surgery now almost 2 months – YIPPIE!!! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 82 pounds!!! Good luck!

How excited you must be about your up coming journey to new and better health! This is going to be the best thing you could ever do for yourself and your family. I know it was for me. Remember you will have ups and downs. The road is sometimes not the easiest. However, know that we are at AMOS are always here to listen and offer comfort when needed. Hey! Just wanted to wish you luck on your big day!! Think only positive thoughts and do exactly what your doc tells you and you'll be great!!! I'm officially now 8 weeks post-op and down 45lbs! This is the best thing I've done for myself and my family and I'm sure you'll feel the same way!!! Best wishes for an easy go of it and a quick recovery!! Cyndy
