From a former Los Banos resident to another, I feel you on the heat! But remember you'll be cooler with those pounds lost! Good luck! The hospital that you are going to is WONDERFUL! I had my son there 12 years ago and my sister worked there as a nurse for a while. When I lived in Monterey people would go to the cafeteria for lunch and their famous choc. chip cookies like it was a restraunt. The trees and fountain inside will make your walks pleasant! Good luck!
