Kim~ happy to hear your recovery is well underway. I'm sure you are glad to be rid of the NG tube...that's always a step in the right direction. You'll be down 20# in no time at all. Keep us posted on your progress.

Kim is doing great--NG tube is out and she has been testing liquids today. She will come home in the morning and can post for herself. Thanks to all who have sent her messages of support we both appreciate you all and this site. Alicia Brunette

Hello Kim~~~~~~I am sorry to hear of your set~back. It must not be easy to hear you have diabetes. Remember how many people that have had WLS and the diabetes was improved. Kim continues to do well. She is walking and sitting up in a chair although she sounded somewhat down tonight. A doctor there at the hospital is telling her she has type 1 diabetes and I believe this has her concern. I pray that her pain will deminish soon.
