Wishing you the best of luck and and a speedy recovery. You have been a wonderful friend and support person. I am glad we met and have each other to go through our LOSING EXPERIENCE with. We were meant to become life long friends. I am taking you up on that offer of working out with you in your clubhouse. So the one spot you had open is taken. Good luck! You are in safe hands! Hugs and Love, Loser!! Kristy

Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).
