Hey Tom, so glad to here you have gotten approved and are still going ahead with your surgery. This is going to give you your life back. You will NOT regret doing this. Tom, I have really enjoyed chatting with you these last few weeks. You really are a lot of fun and make us all happy. I can't wait until you have the surgery and become a 'loser' like me. It is a whole new journey that I am sure you will enjoy and am looking forward to being you friend during that journey. Love you sweet buns!!!!!
