UPDATE.......... Roxie came through the surgery just fine, the doctor repaired a small hernia, I talked to Roxie the night of surgery and she sounded really good, commented she was thirsty but NOT hungry...will call her tonight and give another update tomorrow. Sue

Roxann, I have my surgery the same day as you. I know that others posts to me has reassured me so incredibly much, that I wanted to pass it on to the rest of my surgery buddies. Although I will be self involved on the day of your surgery, I am still sending out prayers to all of us going through this on Tuesday. Good luck to you, and I'll see you on the light side.

Roxann, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine about three months ago, and I have never had a single regret. Fortunately, the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
