Lorie, sounds like you are on target with your weight loss...Hooray!!! Now to the throw-up part...maybe it is the meatballs?? I had tried a meatball about a month ago, and although I did not upchuck, I felt really bad. But then this is a trial and error!! Keep up the good work, glad you are doing well~~Irene
