Hi, I too have cigna and medicare but my cinga is still fighting me for this. I called medicare to see if they would pay and they told me cigna would have to deny me. Then I would have to appeal it before they would pay, but said they would pay if all else fails. So i would call someone at medicare and talk to them. Cat Price

Hi Michelle, I am also waiting for my consult with the surgeon... It's a LONG wait isnt it? lol.. I know what you mean about being afraid of surgery complications, I am as well. But I don't think they are any greater then the complications I face from my diabetes and inability to keep my sugar under control.
