Hi Rachel, hey kiddo it will get better! I had a tremendous amount of anxiety after WLS, every day it got better and better. It will get better for you too. I too had the horrible, oh my gosh what have I done, feeling. It is tough, but so worth it. Just get your liquids in, it gets easier, honest! Joanie
