Hi Mary, I know that this is a very scary procedure, but I wanted to let you know that God is there. He does not want us to worry about a thing. Mary, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine in November 2000, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
