Leigh, with regard to your post on food & protein...I wouldn't worry that mcuh about it yet...it takes a good 6 wks to feel kinds normal..May I suggest you start with these foods, as they worked for me: thinly sliced deli turkey & cheese (rollups), string cheese, refried beans, Wendy's Chili (or BK chili), chicken pate (chicken with a little salad dressing in a food processor) on crackers, peanut butter, black bean soup, CIB SF w/ Skim Milk, ricotta cheese, etc. Good Luck to you.
