Congratulations on your 2nd anniversary. I had surgery in August two years ago and have been following your story closely. I hope you post a new photo soon so we can all see your transformation. Thanks for sharing your story with us.

Kathy ~~~~Happy 2nd Anniversary~~~~~It is truely an inspiration to see a WLS post op that has lost and managed to stabalize and maintain that weight. It shows other WLS patients that it can be done. You did it! Congratulations on your success. You look wonderful, happy , and healthy. (((HUGS)))

Kathy~Happy 1 Year Anniversary! Despite all the problems you've had I can imagine that you wouldn't go back to your pre-op weight for anything! I wish you continued success and am hoping and praying that you feel healthier every day.Congrats on a job well done. God Bless~Kim

Hi Kathy, I am 2 months postop and my surgeon absolutely does not allow red meat or any breads of any type for atleast 6 months. Please comment on that for me. I see where you have eaten a large variety of foods and he really frowns on that becase of all the carbs. Any suggestions? Getting bored with diet butalso don't want to do any harm to myself.
