Hi Darci! I was reading through the Q&A's and saw one of your replies. Have you had your surgery? There is a foundation that is taking names for their waiting list if you are still having trouble. They are at wlsbutterflyfoundation.org--don't know how long the wait, or the criteria, but hope they can help. Suzi
